We have gathered answers to the questions our readers ask most often. If you cannot find what you need, please contact us.

How Can We Help You?

📖 About Our Content
How do you ensure the accuracy of your articles?+

Every article published on Green Resource Plant goes through a three-stage editorial review. First, our writers conduct primary research using verified sources. Second, a senior editor reviews all factual claims and requests additional sourcing where needed. Finally, our fact-checking team performs a final verification before publication. We also update articles when new information comes to light, and we clearly note the date of any significant revisions.

How often do you publish new articles?+

We publish new articles three to four times per week. Our emphasis is always on quality over volume — we prefer to publish less frequently and maintain a high standard of accuracy and thoughtfulness rather than to post daily without sufficient care.

Can I request a topic for an article?+

Yes, and we welcome topic suggestions from our readers. Please use our contact form and select "General Enquiry" as your subject. Include as much context as you feel is helpful. While we cannot guarantee that every suggestion will result in a published article, all suggestions are carefully considered in our editorial planning process.

I believe I have found an error in one of your articles. How can I report it?+

We sincerely appreciate when readers take the time to notify us of potential inaccuracies. Please contact us using the contact form, selecting "Correction Request" as the subject. Please include the article title, the relevant passage, and your suggested correction with any supporting source if available. We will investigate promptly and, if a correction is warranted, update the article and note the change transparently.

📋 Resources & Downloads
Are all resources on Green Resource Plant genuinely free?+

Yes. All resources currently available in our library are entirely free of charge. We do not require registration, payment, or the sharing of personal data to access or download any resource. This reflects our commitment to making useful, quality information accessible to all readers regardless of circumstance.

How often are resources updated?+

Our major reference resources — including the Annual Japan Reference Library — are updated once a year. Guides and templates are reviewed and updated as needed, typically when there are significant changes to the underlying subject matter. The date of each resource's last update is displayed on its detail page.

May I use Green Resource Plant materials in educational settings?+

Yes. Our free resources are available for personal and educational use under our standard terms. You may reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for non-commercial educational purposes, provided that Green Resource Plant Co., Ltd. is credited as the source. For commercial use or large-scale distribution, please contact us to discuss appropriate arrangements.

✉ Subscriptions & Contact
How do I subscribe to your newsletter?+

You may subscribe using the newsletter form on our home page. We send our newsletter no more than twice per week, and it contains a curated selection of recently published articles and notable new resources. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every edition.

How can I submit an article for consideration?+

We welcome contributions from knowledgeable, thoughtful writers who share our editorial values. Please contact us using the contact form, selecting "Article Submission," and include a brief description of your proposed article, your relevant background, and a short sample of your writing. We review all submissions and aim to respond within two weeks.

How long does it typically take to receive a response to my message?+

We aim to respond to all enquiries within three business days. During periods of high volume — such as immediately following the release of our annual reference publication — response times may occasionally be slightly longer. We are grateful for your patience and assure you that every message is read carefully.
